If you have purchased an upgrade using the curbi Parent App and your account has not updated with the changes, you may need to Refresh the Subscription.

Sometimes there is a delay between your In-App purchase and acknowledgement of the receipt.

If this occurs, open the curbi Parent App > tap the Menu pop-out > Account > Refresh Subscription > close curbi Parent App > re-open curbi Parent
